All That Glitters.

‘Tis the season for going completely overboard with all things glitzy!  If we could dress up like a (fashionable) disco ball every day of December, we would.  So in the spirit of sequins, we put together a little photo montage for you to puruse through while sipping on a 24 karat gold champagne cocktail.

Glitzy Goldleaf & Gardenia Cocktail

Makes 10 Drinks

10 Tablespoons Elderflower syrup
2 bottles champagne, chilled
edible gold leaf
10 miniature white gardenias or rose petals

Place 1 tablespoon elderflower syrup in each glass.  Top up with chilled champagne.  Sprinkle edible gold leaf on top and float flower or petals.  Serve immediately.
